Smaug™, one of the last great dragons of Middle Earth™, plundered the Lonely Mountain™ from the Dwarven Longbeards™ clan, claiming treasures within. Among those treasures claimed was the Arkenstone, the Heart of the Mountain™. These earrings feature the Arkenstone clutched in the claw of Smaug.
The dragon claw earring charms are three-dimensional .925 sterling silver hung in a dangle style on French ear wires. The Arkenstones are 8 mm (5/16 inch) Austrian crystal Crystal spheres. Each earring measures approximately 19.5 mm (just over 3/4") long by 9 mm (3/8") at the widest point of the claw. The Arkenstone earrings weigh approximately 4.1 grams as a pair in sterling silver.
